UNIQUE CHALLENGES
Given BillWill's purpose of facilitating the hand over between the testator and custodian, the unique challenge of this web app was to create multiple user flows for different user types, and to offer a human-centred design that inspired feelings of support and trust.
TECH SOLUTION
From a technical perspective, we built a responsive web app on top of a Keystone CMS that integrates with the "Open Banking" APIs allowing for automatic bill detection. The Keystone admin dashboard enables the BillWill team to effectively manage the users and content on their platform
