Local Pegs

The broader challenge of the platform is to simplify the multiple features offered by the app, allowing the user to stay at ease and excited about their experience. A specific challenge of this project was integrating Local Pegs and Doshiii (Hospitality ‘middleware’ services), to connect Local Pegs app and the multiple points of sales used by the businesses-partners.

From a technical perspective, we built a static-generated marketing website with a headless CMS. This content management system allows the client to make changes at the pace of their needs.Their dashboard uses NextJS. The Local Pegs app was also integrated with merchants' point-of-sale systems so that payments and orders could be seamlessly made and processed via the app.

Hello Again has designed an app with so many possibilities for local businesses and customers, including the ability: to set and get dynamic discounts, to post and see updates and promotions, to secure payment solutions, and to offer and do online shopping. The delivered marketing website enhances all those features offered by Local Pegs and it is an amazing business card to showcase their app to new clients. The dashboard allows businesses to manage their experience in a desktop platform to improve their user experience. It also offers a training mode where the user can learn by and perform all the actions and interactions without affecting their actual account. Local Pegs is currently available in multiple vibrant locations, including Byron Bay and Bondi, with plans to expand further within Australia and globally.
