UNIQUE CHALLENGES
A significant challenge during development was implementing an approach for neatly handling the deeply nested and relational data for the various party types within the system. We also implemented dedupe logic so that new data can be merged with existing data, ensuring data integrity.
TECH SOLUTION
We built co-operty using the latest web technologies. The frontend was built using NextJS with SSR support to ensure super fast page loads and improved SEO. The backend was built using NestJS with integration with multiple third-parties services to assist and provide a better UX for the users while filling their requests.
THE OUTCOME
Hello Again has partnered with Co-operty to develop an easy-to-use digital app that unites all co-owners seamlessly. The built app facilitates communication and coordination among co-owners and also offers tools for managing shared expenses and tracking ownership stakes.
